ACC001, Laser power meter package

Including PM10-19C power sensor/meter, connection cable, adapters to be mounted on the laser bonder, program and documentation CD for the PC. Newer laser bonders provides 5V power. Therefore power supply may not be necennary

ACC002, Alignment Kit

Including adjustable height post, thermo sensitive paper holder, 3 pieces of thermo sensitive paper. The alignment kit is used for performing laser alignment

ACC003, Goose Neck USB Light

The light is used to light up the bonding area inside the work chamber. Newer LBS5000x laser bonder does not need this light
